PETER MANYAKU Founder & Manager LMGUganda

As an artist (Lucky Man) I advocate to end the mistreating on kids so they won't end up on the street.Making awareness that street kids are human beings and they deserve equal rights as other children ,through music ,without any gun

Was born in a family living in Silonko district Uganda of 10 kids and i'm the third born

Yes My family was not financially ok ,but could not mean being hursh on me

And at my own home was beaten many times denied food and slept on tree branches many times, hiding from dad’s beatings.Mama could hide some food in the evening for me around our house corner,

At the age of 6 I had to leave home, and headed to my own life living on the streets ,

In Mbale streets I stayed 1 year and in Kampala streets I stayed there 4 years

I spent 5 years on the street , the time spent on the street taught me so many lessons. Due the great sufferings everyday and nights I had .

That every kid deserves a right to study, to have food like any other kids have all necessities

I was rescued from the street of Kampala in 2001 by a Christian organization (Never Again Project)

I Was taken to catch up school programs and then to school and then I could write, read and speak English.

I am always happy on my face to whatever hard ship I have gone through and any hardship that can be.

Its my nature to keep smiling to every situations.

In the organization I was living I wrote the song Life Mu Ghetto in the morning before going to school

And I was down that day morning thinking how a child at the street surfers freshing back how I used to be at the street. Born Idea of Life Mu ghetto Uganda as An organization started straights 2009.

And in 2017 I meet Her ,Ms Jessica Palacios Hervás and in my introductions to any one to my music (cd) and LMGU always included ,she was so touched with the work I do , so she came on the ground that last Sunday in the month and , she had a great Experience with her other friend.

So she decided to join hands with me in LMGU and later 2018 we sat and decided to open up LMGSpain. Yes , now there is LMGSpain!

Great things happen with joined hands.

Street children need you

With so many difficulties these  kids stay alive
Could you help them to have the future any child deserves?
